Requesting a free audit

We use the data you enter in the form (name, email address, store and feed URL, message) to prepare and send the audit and to get in touch with you. Legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. We keep the data for at most [12 months], or until you ask us to delete it.

Clients and the service

The service processes the public product pages and product feeds of online stores; these are product data, not personal data. For client portal logins we store the email address and a secure hash of the password.

Processors

Hosting and database: Railway Corporation (USA); the data is stored in the EU, in Amsterdam (Netherlands).
Artificial intelligence for processing product data: Anthropic (Claude API). We do not share personal data with it.

Cookies

The public website uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics scripts. The admin interface and the client portal only use the session cookie needed to log in.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. You can lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority; in Hungary, the NAIH (naih.hu).
